I think this site should be included in the analysis because it is a health care organization utilizing best practices in many different channels of social media.

A. I did not find any blogs but found a “Ask an Expert” program. This allows people to search a health topic for information. The other option is to ask an expert a answers to health-related question.
The UMMC is an organization that is using Twitter well.
